From Water to Wellness: Coffee & Tea Appreciation with Lianyin Tea Volunteers

Anzzio recently hosted a knowledge-sharing and appreciation session with volunteers from Lianyin Tea, bringing together an interest in Singapore’s water landscape, coffee, and tea.

During the session, Anzzio shared key insights into Singapore’s water supply and water quality, including the importance of water treatment and filtration in our daily lives. Participants also explored how water composition can influence the taste, aroma, and overall quality of coffee and tea.

The session provided an opportunity to highlight the often-overlooked role of water in beverage preparation. For coffee and tea, factors such as mineral content, hardness and water quality can influence extraction and flavour.

Together with the volunteers from Lianyin Tea, Anzzio also enjoyed a meaningful coffee and tea appreciation session, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and a deeper appreciation of these beverages.
