We are pleased to share another successful installation for one of our valued café clients who continues to place their trust in our expertise and solutions.
For this project, we implemented a system that combined the Anzzio EQ3 three-stage filter with the Mintec Aroma mineral filter. This integration was carefully designed to elevate both water quality and coffee flavour. The Anzzio EQ3 ensures comprehensive water treatment across three essential stages: sediment reduction to remove dirt, rust, and fine particles; chlorine reduction to eliminate unwanted tastes and odours; and water hardness control to prevent scale buildup, safeguarding equipment longevity and performance.
To complement these measures, we installed the Mintec Aroma mineral filter, which enriches the water with magnesium ions. This enhancement plays a crucial role in coffee extraction, allowing for greater flavour depth and producing a cup that is richer, more aromatic, and consistently balanced. Together, these two solutions create the ideal foundation for delivering coffee of the highest quality.
