This time, we paired the Anzzio EQ3 three-stage filter with the Mintec Aroma mineral filter to elevate both water quality and coffee flavour.

The Anzzio EQ3 acts as a powerful pre-filter, working across three essential stages:

• Sediment reduction – removes dirt and fine particles, keeping the coffee machine in top condition.

• Chlorine reduction – eliminates unpleasant tastes and odours for cleaner water.

• Water hardness control – helps prevent scale buildup, ensuring consistent performance and longevity of the equipment.

To further refine the coffee experience, we added the Mintec Aroma mineral filter. This innovative solution enriches the water with magnesium ions, a key element that enhances coffee extraction and intensifies flavour. The result? A richer, more aromatic cup that brings out the café’s coffee at its very best.
